Why Providers Join
Built for clinicians who take sleep medicine seriously.
We don't sell leads. We build long-term referral relationships with practices that deliver outcomes worth talking about.
Pre-Qualified Patient Flow
Every referral is symptom-screened, insurance-verified, and educated on oral appliance therapy before they reach your chair.
Practice Growth, Done Right
Premium positioning, profile SEO, and patient acquisition that compounds — without commoditized lead-broker pricing.
Insurance & Medical Billing Support
Our team handles benefits verification and medical billing guidance so your front desk isn't drowning in CPT codes.
Elite Brand Association
Be listed alongside the country's most respected dental sleep practitioners. Verified-only. No pay-to-play.
Sleep Physician Partnerships
Direct access to our partnered network of sleep physicians for diagnoses, titration studies, and co-management.
Continuing Education
Quarterly clinical roundtables with ABDSM diplomates, airway specialists, and leading sleep medicine MDs.

We're selective — on purpose.

Provider FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is there a cost to join?+
There is no application fee. Accepted providers pay a transparent monthly network membership; there are no per-lead fees, no commissions on care, and no long-term contracts.
How are patients pre-qualified?+
Every patient completes our clinical screening questionnaire and insurance verification before being routed to a provider. You only see patients who meet medical necessity and benefits criteria.
Do I need to be ABDSM Diplomate certified?+
Diplomate status is strongly preferred but not required. Equivalent advanced training (AADSM Mastery, fellowship, or documented clinical experience) is reviewed case-by-case.
Can I keep my existing practice and patients?+
Absolutely. HelpMeSleep is purely additive. We never restrict your existing patient base, marketing, or referral relationships.
What's the territory model?+
We limit provider density per metro to protect both patient experience and provider economics. Once a region reaches capacity, applications are placed on a waitlist.
Ready to elevate your sleep practice?
Applications are reviewed weekly. Limited capacity per metro.
